This qualification is aimed at food handlers in catering businesses, who have previously achieved the Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering. It is recommended that refresher training takes place three years after completing the original award.
This training will remind you of your responsibilities towards food safety, refresh any knowledge you may have forgotten and keep you up to date with legislative changes.
