Qualsafe Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering

This course has been designed to address the food safety needs of the catering and hospitality sector.  The qualification is designed to give all food handlers an appreciation of good hygiene practice.

Objectives:

  • The importance of food safety and knowledge of the systems, techniques and procedures involved.
  • Understanding of how to control food safety risks such as personal hygiene, food storage, cooking and handling.
  • Confidence and expertise to safety deliver quality food to customer.
