NEXT Food Hygiene Course
CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering has been designed to address the food safety needs of the catering and hospitality sector. The qualification is designed to give all food handlers an appreciation of good hygiene practice.
The aim of the day is to learn about food hygiene in hopefully a fun interactive manner...you never know you may enjoy it!
